What kind of work can be automated?
Usually the repetitive parts of the day: typing the same details into several tools, follow-ups and reminders, booking confirmations, invoices and payment chasers, weekly reports, and answering the questions customers ask most often.
Do I need to be good with technology?
No. It's done for you. We set everything up inside the tools you already use and show your team how it works, so there's nothing new to learn.
Will we have to replace the tools we already use?
No. We build the automation into the systems you already have, so your team keeps working in the tools they know. We only suggest something new when it's clearly worth it.
Which tools do you work with?
The ones most businesses already use: CRMs, WhatsApp Business, email, calendars and booking tools, accounting software, sales tools and team chat. If you use something else, ask us on the call. Most tools can be connected.
Where does AI come in?
Only where it does the job well: answering common questions, drafting emails and documents, summarising calls and notes, sorting incoming requests. For some businesses that's a lot, for others it's one or two jobs. We'll tell you honestly which it is.
Will AI replace my staff?
That isn't the goal. AI takes over the repetitive parts of their day so they can spend more time with customers and on the work that needs a person.
How do you handle our data and logins?
We work inside your own accounts, with access you give us, and you can remove that access at any time. We only use your data to set up and run what you've asked for. We don't sell it, and we only share it with the services needed to run your setup. If a step uses AI, we'll tell you which service handles that data before anything goes live.
How long does it take?
Most setups take two to twelve weeks, depending on how much we're automating. You'll get a timeline in the plan before any work starts.
What do you need from us?
Access to the tools we're connecting, one person who knows how things run day to day, and usually about an hour a week while we set things up. We handle the rest.
How much does it cost?
The automation review is free. After it, you get a fixed price in writing for the setup before any work starts. The price depends on how many tasks and tools are involved. Ongoing support is month to month.
What happens after setup?
We stay on hand while your team gets used to it. If you'd like, ongoing support keeps everything running and adds new automations as the business grows. It's month to month.
What happens on the first call?
It's 15 minutes with Saied. You tell him how work moves through the business today. He points out two or three things he'd automate first and where AI fits. If it makes sense, you agree on a next step. If not, you keep the list.
